In an effort to make The Mill accessible to everyone, we have hourly rates as well as packages that offer a significant discount. Since Columbia is a college town, we also offer student discount pricing when 50% or more of the band are current students at any college or university in the Columbia area.
At The Mill, we want your
business. If you need to
practice at 2AM, we can
make that happen. Noise
isn’t a problem as we’re
zoned properly and we
don’t have nosy
neighbors. And even
though it isn’t on the floor
plan, there is indeed a
bathroom in the lobby
outside of the office/lounge
area.
If you require more time than our packages allow, or are interested in a lockout rate, contact us with your needs and we’ll be happy to work something out.
The package prices below DO NOT EXPIRE and each session is three hours. There isn’t a contract that locks you into a package though as we know your needs change.
